Shipping & Returns
- We ship to anywhere in the US.
- We ship our products from a couple different warehouses within the US. If you order several different products, they might arrive separately and on a different day.
- Orders will be shipped out within 3-4 business days (unless otherwise noted i.e preorders) and the tracking number will be sent directly to your email address or phone number provided.
- Shipping time might vary depending on location, shipment method and other factors.
- All US orders will have free shipping.

- Delays with US Postal Service or UPS shipping
- International Duties or Customs Charges
- Lost, damaged, or marked delivered items.
Wrong Address Disclaimer
- It is the buyer's responsibility to make sure that they enter the shipping address correctly. We are not responsible if a package is shipped back to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address. Customer will pay shipping fees if they want to change address and have it shipped again.
- If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier directly before contacting us. Please allow 1-4 business days for your tracking information to show. In some rare cases, tracking information may not update, but you will still receive your order. Please contact us after the estimated delivery time has passed.
- All our shipments include Tracking with Delivery Confirmation. If your tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address, but you have not received your order, please contact the carrier directly to investigate this issue. We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address.
We hope you LOVE all your items you receive from us, however we know online shopping is hard. Your 100% satisfaction is important to us!
We offer a 7 day Return Policy for store credit only:If a product gets damaged or was faulty upon a delivery - we offer 100% refund. Proof of damage must be provided.
- Timing: we have a 7 day Return Policy, since the day item was received.
- To be eligible for a return, goods must be unopened, unused, undamaged and accompanied by proof of purchase.
- For returns, please email email@example.com with the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name and the reason for the return along with picture.
- Seller will provide the customer with instructions where to send returned goods. Customers are strongly recommended to get proof of postage when returning goods to avoid "lost packages" situations. We are not responsible for lost packages!
- Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items.
- When returned item is received and inspected, customer receives a confirmation email, notifying about the status of the refund.
- If the refund is approved, customer will receive an email with a e-gift card code for full amount of returned product.
We cannot provide a return on these items:
- Worn, washed or altered items
- Items customer has had for over 7 days
- Custom or personalized products
- Swimwear or intimates
- Any item smelling of smoke, pet odor, body odor or any stains from makeup etc.
